For 25 years I’ve offered psychospiritual counseling sessions, life coaching, soul mentoring, and energy medicine.
I love working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as high-powered executives and teams.
I offer this work remotely via zoom, as well as in person.
When I offer this work to individuals in person, it usually involves counseling alongside potent shamanic energy work.

My approach begins with true inquiry– into what’s present and current for you, and what kind of support you are looking for.
Our work together illuminates the powerful gifts that you carry, the honest challenges that you face, and your clearest yearning and vision for your life.
Asking the essential Questions:
What do you truly want? What in your life remains unrealized? What are you here to give? What have you been postponing?
How is it that you suffer in your life? I want to become intimate with the unique ways you self-betray and self-abandon.
I’m interested in examining with you the truth of who you are and the truth of what you want.
When we are willing to tell the truth about what it is we most desire, and whatever it is we perceive to be in the way of that, this is the opening.
Whatever apparent obstacle, when brought to the light of awareness, holds the key to our freedom.
As my teacher Gangaji says: “When you desire freedom, then you have to be willing to face what you have been running from in your search for it.”

I encourage everyday intimacy with the Sacred, and a fresh, authentic relationship with prayer.
So much of our disturbance and unease can be mitigated and alchemized in our direct, intimate communion with the Holy.
I champion the empowering choice of stillness and silence. I love kindling and fanning the fire of spiritual vigilance.
In the busyness of our lives, it’s easy to forget and habitually distance ourselves from the small, everyday ways we can choose to align our lives with the sanity of presence.
